Öhlins shock absorbers are an integral part of motorsport history. Past, present and future. Today, the company enjoys a major market presence in terms of high performance and top quality suspension products for motorcycles, cars, four-wheels and snowmobiles.
The Dutch company "4Grip Suspension Technology" is going to focus specially on the rally raid/offroad car segment of Öhlins. Current program for the rally raid/offroad is the ORQ damper which is designed with rally raid/off road vehicle in mind, as well as similar kind of vehicles where this layout is suitable. These dampers are available in 3 different lengths. The dampers are of Ø46 mm piston type with remote reservoir.
They have compression and rebound adjusters together with the Progressive Damping System, PDS. The damper comes with a protective sleeve ad two circlips to help prevent spring wear. Springs, spring platforms and spacers for the spherical bearing needs to be ordered separately. More products are scheduled to be introduced.
4Grip Suspension Technology is a "one-stop shop" for motorsport suspension components using the finest quality products available on the market. The product range includes shock absorbers, hydraulic bumpstops, coil springs, limiting straps and all related hardware.
