|Baja Spain: Start with Peterhansel and Barreda as provisional leaders|
After the ending of the first stage, the one of the morning, French Stéphane Peterhansel consolidates his leadership with a total time of 1:35.54.
However, as it already was last year, Spanish Nani Roma, follows closely his steps: only 1:41 behind. Roma is the current winner of the Baja, and everything seems to indicate he wouldn´t let the chance go to repeat the victory. If he does so, he would become the driver with more victories in history.
After them, Russian Boris Gadasin and his G-Force Proto are by the moment holding the third position, followed by Peterhansel´s X-Raid partner, Leonid Novitskiy, and Polish Holowczyc, winner of Friday´s Special Stage.
Bikes, first ones taking the start of Monegro´s stage, finished the almost 90 kilometers with Barreda as head of the course. He already showed his cards Friday in Super Special Stage, and he reconfirmed Saturday his is in excellent shape and is a strong candidate to get the triomph in XXVII edition of Baja.
Gerard Farrés, last´s year winner, seemed to have the way to victory opened after the confirmation that Marc Coma and Jordi Viladoms weren´t coming. However, he had find Barreda´s competition, and he is 1 minute behind, by the moment. After them, Marc Guasch and Pedrero.
In quads, Óscar Romero keeps the advantage he got yesterday and leads the race followed by Xavi Montero. In Aragon´s Trophy, that finishes today, has Luis Fernandez as provisional winner, by the moment.
