Baja Spain: The headquarters is set in the Feria de Zaragoza.

| |
|
 | | | Once again, the Feria de Zaragoza venue will house the race direction, sports marshals, secretary, timing, and press room. The assistance parks will remain within the wide areas of the parking lot, as well as the regrouping zones, refuelling station, Parc Fermee and all the services for participants and spectators alike. The only phase of the race that will not take place in this centre is the technical and administrative scrutineering, which will be performed in Madrid one day before the previous special stage in the Jarama circuit.
In addition, the fans who visit the Feria will have the chance to witness the spectacular 2 km stage covered by the rally stars on Saturday and Sunday on their arrival to the venue before entering the Parc Fermee.
The Feria de Zaragoza is one of the largest exhibit areas in Spain, with eight 90,000 m2 covered pavilions, 15,000 parking spaces, 45,000 m2 of outdoor areas, a press centre, an auditorium, and many other services. This venue is located in the National A-2 Road, on kilometre 311, just 15km off the Zaragoza city centre.
In its 2006 edition, The Baja España Madrid - Aragón will run through three Spanish Autonomous Communities: Madrid, Castilla y León, and Aragón. This year’s Baja will visit the city of Soria, and it will last one more day, so now it will be a 4-day event. The rally begins in Madrid on Thursday July 20th in the 4.5 km inauguration stage at the Jarama circuit. On Friday 21st, the participants are to take the official start from the Paseo de la Castellana podium to compete in Leg 1, covering 480 km and with a regrouping in Soria, in the Los Pajaritos football stadium before arriving to Zaragoza. On Saturday and Sunday, Legs 2 and 3 will cover 650 and 180 km, respectively. The final winners will step on the podium in the Paseo de la Independencia in Zaragoza on Sunday at 2 p.m.
