Breslau: Surprise, surprise - we have the first winners of the 20th Breslau.




Now its official and we have some winners! We start with the bikes, first Top 3 only (all details will be published on rallye-breslau.com). First in the bikes is Henk Knuiman from Holland (KTM EXC450, 25:31:51 hours) in front of Rico van der Sanden (KTM EXC500, 26:31:12) and David Wijnhoven (KTM 450 EXC, 26:42:13).

In the quads, all podium places are going to Poland! First is Remigiusz Kusy (Polaris Scrambler 850) with 32:59:56 hours overall, followed by Piotr Ceklarz (Can-Am Outlander, 33:06:14) and Maciej Markiewicz (Can-Am Renegade, 33:10:05).

In the Side-by-Side class all podium places are going to France! The winner of the 20th Breslau are Christophe Courtin and Piotr Wnek (Polaris XP900) in 33:53:22 hours. Second became Alexandre Lefevre and Florent Langlet (Polaris XP 900, 36:43:12) in front of Jean-Marc Meunier and Yoann Buttafoghi (Polaris XP900) in 38:01:38 hours.

Now the cars...and the winners are: Martin Haehle and Wolfang Braun with their Toyota-BMW Proto in 31:40:58 hours. Second are Cedric Porcher and Damien Kermorvant from France, driving a Toyota "Mudracer" Proto, the needed 34:00:37 hours to climb the podium. Third is the team of Marco Bragalone and Pericle Centra with a Land Rover Defender in 37:32:20 hours.

Coming to the light trucks, and this result is a real surprise. The winner: Patrick Toepfer, Inga Budde and Rainer Henzig in their MZB Mercedes Unimog - the first win for the young team. They needed 32:05:55 for the first place. Second is the team of Daniel Günther, Daniel Rudolph and Florian Günther (Unimog, 33:08:11) in front of Winneboud De Lille and Karel Vereecke from Belgium (Unimog, 33:10:21).

In the heavy duty trucks, the team Harald Chemnitz, Philipp Beier and Thorsten Moeller made the race in their modified IFA rallytruck in 34:38:51 hours. Second are Robert Striebe, Michael Braeunlich and Josefine Unger-Bachmann in their MAN Kat (37:49:33) in front of Mirco Andreae and Christian Offen (Mercedes Unimog, 41:01:16). Our congrats to the winners!
