 | Cooper 24 hours Greece: Hungarian Solyom Team to start in Athens / Greece.

The next rally for Hungarian Partner-Team "Sólyom" will be Athens/Greece at the "Cooper 24hours" on 26-27th November, a 24 hour long cross-country rally offroad event.
According to the information received from the organisers we can say that completing 920 km in one day won’t be an easy task for the crews. There are already 89 teams (8 quads, 12 bikes, 28 T1, 30 T2, 8 T3) on the entry list but the entries are still open.
Distances Cooper 24hours Greece in T1 category:
SS1: 222 km, Assistance 1: 60 minutes
SS2: 230 km, Assistance 2: 60 minutes
SS3: 94 km, Assistance 3: 60 minutes
SS4: 200 km, Assistance 4: 60 minutes
SS5: 85 km. Finish
Total distance: 920 km
SS2 and SS3 will for sure be covered at night, in the dark and the morning will greet the drivers on SS4. This means that half of the total distance, 400-500 km has to be completed in the dark.
Olivér Sólyom: "We are still waiting for some spare parts but Hawkia will be race ready by the weekend. There are only some minor works left like modification of the lighting system, changing the brake discs, changing the exhaust system. According to our Bulgarian experience, we modified the rear suspension hopefully we’ll have no more trouble with it. We are looking forward to race in Greece again with our rival-friends!"
