CORR 2008: Rick Huseman wins on Toyo at Las Vegas Raceway.

With temperatures peaking at 116-degrees Fahrenheit during the weekend; Rick Huseman, driver of the Fabtech/Toyo Tires Toyota Tundra truck "showed who was hot" by winning the Pro 4T class feature race this Sunday during the US-Series CORR (Championship Off-Road Racing) weekend at Las Vegas International Off Road Raceway in Primm, Nevada. Huseman's truck is equipped with the newest version Toyo Open Country M/TR-R tires specially developed for competition in short course racing.
Huseman beat a 14-truck field, edging out Kyle LeDuc who was piloting his Rockstar/Makita/Kal Gard Lubricants/Toyo Tires Ford truck. This was only Kyle LeDuc's fourth start in this class and his best finish to date. Father, Curt LeDuc, nearly captured third place in his Rockstar/Makita/Kal Gard Lubricants/Toyo Tires Ford, but came up just short to settle for fourth. Travis Coyne finished in fifth with his Pro Comp Suspension/KMC Wheels/Monster Energy/Toyo Tires Ford truck to help Toyo capture four out of the five top spots.
During the weekend, Curt LeDuc demonstrated his front-running consistency by finishing second during Saturday's Pro 4 class feature. With performances like this, Team Toyo Off-Road drivers look to be a force in CORR Pro 4 for 2008.
In the Pro 2R class, Jeremy McGrath scored podium finishes during both days on his 35X12.50R17 Open Country M/T-R tires. Piloting his Baldwin Racing Ford F-150 truck, McGrath demonstrated his talent in Pro 2, finishing in second place in a large field of 25-trucks on Saturday, then in third in a field of 24-trucks on Sunday. "This has been an outstanding weekend for Toyo and our Open Country M/T-R tires," said Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. "We congratulate all of our Team Toyo Off-Road drivers, and especially Rick Huseman for his win on Sunday."
