CORR 2008: Team Toyo Off-Road Drivers sweep first three places

During Saturday's Pro 4T Class race (Round 9) of the US-based CORR (Championship Off-Road Racing) series in Pomona, California; Kyle LeDuc, Rick Huseman and Curt LeDuc swept the first three podium positions on Toyo Open Country M/T-RR tires. Competing against a 15-truck field, Kyle LeDuc won the race by a margin of some four seconds with his Ford F-150. This was his first win in the Pro 4 class. Rick Huseman placed second with his Toyota Tundra, while Curt LeDuc finished in third driving his Ford F-150.
Overall, Team LeDuc was strong all weekend, Todd LeDuc finishing in second during both Saturday and Sunday's Pro 2R Class races with his Ford F-150. Todd LeDuc competed against a large field of 22-trucks, helping to move him into third overall in the 2008 Pro 2 championship points.
"Toyo gave us a great tire and we were able to capitalize on it," said team owner, Curt LeDuc. "As a Dad, it was great to share the podium with Kyle for his first Pro 4 win. Including Todd's Pro 2 finishes, we scored 1-2-3 as a family this weekend."
"We congratulate the LeDuc family and Rick Huseman for both providing a sweep for Toyo in the Pro 4 class race on Saturday, and for strong back-to-back finishes in the Pro 2 class," said Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. "This was an outstanding weekend for Toyo, demonstrating the winning capability of our Open Country M/T-R tires."
