The season of the "Egypt Rally Championship" is about to start. The federation board has approved the following agenda and regulations. The Egypt Rally Championship 2010 season is composed of 4 races: Egypt Rally Cup, Pyramids Rally, Pharaons Rally and Egypt Desert Challenge.
The "Pharaons Rally" points are multiplied by 3, the "Pyramids Rally" multiplied by 2. Points are taken on overall ranking. A minimum of three rallies is necessary to qualify for the championship. The local rallies awards are first three overall and first three T2. The championship awards are first five overall pilot and first five overall copilot based on the points calculation. In case of a tie in points, the racer with the most participation wins. In case of a tie in participation, the best individual overall result wins.
Egypt Rally Championship 2010
1) Egypt Rally Cup - 05.-07. March
2) Pyramids Rally - in April.
3) Pharaons Rally - in October.
4) Egypt Desert Challenge - first half of November

Friday 5 march
meet at 11 am in elgouna.
Parade to marina abou tig.
Scrutineering in marina.
Prologue in gouna desert at 3 pm.
Free night, hotel in gouna.
Saturday 6 march
First leg about 200 km.
Bivouac in desert.
Sunday 7 march
Second leg about 200 km back.
Prize giving and gala lunch at 3 pm.
