 | Ha´il Saudi Baja: Team FJ forced to retire but is ready for Abu Dhabi Desert

UAE´s Toyota "Team FJ" were unfortunately forced to make an early exit from the "Ha´il Saudi Baja" in Saudi Arabia this week following the failure of a technical component inside the engines air intake manifold on the second stage of the event.
The team had a good start to the event where they moved up one position to finish the first stage in 8th position overall, however disaster struck within the first 10km’s of the second stage when parts of the intake system failed and damaged two spark plugs causing the engine to loose power and misfire.
The car has undergone a full overhaul and will be ready for the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge which runs from Sunday 1st to Friday 6th April. You can follow the team on the website [ DESERTFJ.COM ].
