 | Heroes Legend: New tracks, Marreau-Renault 20 and Prologue-Start in Paris.

The Recos-team of the "Heroes Legend 2010" is ready to go to Africa to prepare the new route concocted by Stephane Peterhansel and Dominique Rochette, which will bring participants on new tracks far from touristic areas. After the pre start in Paris, the competitors will meet in the south of France for the technical checks of the vehicles and the prologue before to take the boat to Morocco.
The organizers promise more dunes this year - with a innovating crossing of the dunes of Chebbi, Cheggaga and Laayoune. A loop around Tan Tan where the playground is vast and varied. Then the rally will cross Mauritania totaly off-track to Atar crossing dunes or lunar landscapes and a lot of other surprises which we shall reveal you step by step.
The system of 2 levels of difficulties and the possibility of by-passing the big difficulties for non experienced pilots worked very well for the 2009 edition. "We keep the same system for the stages with several zones which participants can make at their pace according to their level or simply to their envy" Organisers told.
The Enduro Quad Challenge is partner of Heroes Legend. The winner of the challenge will participate in the "Morocco Legend rally". Several Quad-teams are in preparation in different europeans countries.
The first car in the "Classic category" for historic rally-cars just registered with the original Renault 20, completely rebuilt, which won the Dakar in 1982 with the 2 famous Marreau-brothers.
