Hungarian Baja: At the shore of the Hungarian Sea.

Hungarian Baja, the most important event of the national 4 wheel drive races, will be organised at the same time as last year between 18th and 20th of August.

In this Rally there will be the most populous field, and the longest distance for the drivers. The Organizers are waiting for some experienced drivers from abroad and this race will be an official part of the three country championship. The Organizers wants to get a chance to be added to the FIA Baja Cup for 2007 - by this way that would be a good possibility for all of the drivers to get an advantageous number of the start for the World Cup and Dakar Rallies.

As always we can see some very particlar things again. Motors, quads, cars and tracks from 12 different country. The organiser expects 100 drivers including a few real stars as well. For example Maris Saukans who was the winner last year. Jozef Sykora and Marek Sykora from Slovakia, and the Czech Miroslav Zapletal and Miroslav Janacek and Jean-Paul Higy from France.

The scene of the race and the prologue is "Jutaspuszta" during the three days. After the finish ramp the Organizers will celebrate the Hungarian national ceremony with a fireworks above the lake Balaton.
