Hungarian Baja: Baja presented with Press Conference.

The Press Conference of the Hungarian Baja was held by the organiser Zoltán Garamvölgyi yesterday in Café Erté Restaurant in Budapest, where the Swedish FIA observer participated as well.

Károly Bakondi greeted Jan Sandstörm and the journalists and stated that the Hungarian Baja, which will be held in this weekend, is a huge challenge for the off-road branch of the National Automobilsport Federation of Hungary. "More registration arrived for this race than ever and lot of quad driver registrated, because this year, the Hungarian Baja is a round of the Quad EC" said Zoltán Garamvölgyi. The bulk of the Hungarian athletes will participate in this international race, and we hope that one of them will get the challenge cup.

According to Sándor Kis, his biggest opponent is himself, and for this race they put in brand new engine and gears to the car. Whatever happens he would like to increase his 41 points advantage on Zapletal, so it will be very hard weekend for him, because he would like to concentrate on both races.

The Hungarian Baja starts on Thursday with the administrative checks and the scrutineering in Balatonfüred at the Conference Center. The first prologue will be on Friday at 5 pm in the shooting range of Veszprém (Jutaspuszta).
