HunGarian Baja: Comments after the first day (cars).

| |
| Erik KORDA (Nissan Pickup): „Maybe some people are surprised on our result but we feel we could manage this day without risk and strain. We have no stressful chance lying on us so we could get through the first stage absolutely loose and we do not count even from now on because it is already clear for us that our chance to collect the championship title is converging to zero.”
László PALIK (Nissan Pickup): “Even if gently saying, I got out nervous from the car. I don’t understand and I cannot accept why the Dutch driver starting in front of us did not let us pass him by and why we had to drive at least 25 km in his dust.”
Balázs SZALAI (Opel Antara): “I am satisfied with this day. Only little differences grew out in the front of the classification and the homeland race starts just tomorrow. Which settles me down is the fact that our car operated perfectly in the first 50 km.”
Zsolt MURCZIN (3D Proto): “Our day is over! The generator broke off and therefore stopped the car always. We came out, surely we receive a reasonable penalty but we can continue tomorrow.”
Károly FAZEKAS (BMW X5): The dust disturbed me very much. Sometimes we almost had to stop because we had no idea where to go ahead. The engine works well, there is no complaint against the new gearshift but tomorrow it would be good if it was a little bit rainy or at least having a bigger wind.
