Hungarian Baja: Interviews with the moto and quad racers 2.

Katrinak Jaroslav: I really like this day, the tracks are amazing. Well, I had some problems with the navigation, but finally everything turned out well. I have already been here for the CER, so I easily find my way here. The engine is also working properly, I am driving precisely, and not even two smaller crashes could shake my position.

Szabó László: On the first selective the navigation had to be extremely quick, which is familiar to me, but still, I went over three crosses. Fortunately we did not loose a lot of time with these mistakes. On the second stage I fell once, so only the third one was as good as I planned. These tracks are really tricky, because they long for speed, but they hold a lot of unexpected situations. So you always have to think it through, how much you would like to risk. The results in the front of the field are really narrow. Currently Mészöly Tamás is leading, but there are not unchangeable differences.

Mészöly Tamás: I was a bit out of my reckoning in the first selective, which cost me nearly two minutes. Otherwise I am really satisfied; we three are extremely close, which makes the race very exciting.

Linninger Patrik: This day was very vicissitudiniary, as yesterday in the first curve the rare carriage broke, due to a welding mistake. Luckily the cartel-protector was fixed so strongly, that I could sit on it for the whole time. In the service, they fix it only to an extent that the back brake was not working anymore. I accomplished to stages today without a brake. By the third selective, they could repair it, but then I hit the back, so now I am without brake again. The tracks are really dangerous, one must pay attention.

Nagy István: I really like these tracks, but I just can not stand the dust. Putting us together with the quads makes the situation even worse. They make so huge dust clouds, that we can not see anything. I have to go slowly, but then a quad falls on my neck, so it is not enjoyable anyways.

Kerék Balázs: On the first selective I could achieve a good result, as I was paying attention the accurate navigation. Unfortunately I had to drive 28 kilometres with a puncture in the back wheel, which entailed that the front wheel also got flat after ten kilometres. After huge efforts I could come out, and now according to the rules of the „forfait”, I will continue the race.
