 | Hungarian Baja: New Location, new Racetrack but same great Organization.

After six years of great success, the Hungarian Baja is changing its location. This year's event will be organized again in August, in the central part of Hungary. The center of the internation cross-country rally race is going to be the Kerpner Mansion in Inárcs, and according to the plans, the race will run across 12 villages.
The event takes place from 27th to 29th of August, and its tracks are already finalized. "We are glad to share that the total lenght of the special stages will be 500 kilometres, and the etaps will be quite short" the organisation said. "The villages of the region are very welcoming, and are preparing various programmes specifically for this event."
According to the original plan, the start would have been in Budapest, but this option did not seem to be feasible due to the heavy traffic on Fridays. Therefore, both the start and the finish will be held in the central area of the country, in a nicer countryside atmosphere.
The success of the past years' events guarantee that despite the relocation, the Baja will be an unforgettable experience in 2010 as well. The place will be new, which will mean new challanges for the teams, but the hospitability and the great organization will stay the same.
