 | Italian Baja: Czech Team "Offroadsport" back with two cars in FIA World Cup.

The leading Czech cross country rally team [ www.offroadsport.cz ] goes to the "Italian Baja" with a "old-new" crew: The former FIA World Champion Miroslav Zapletal will start again with his former navigator Mila Janacek. And both have a strict plan: To drive the FIA World Cup in 2012 - with their X-raid BMW X3CC.
"We will be back with the X-raid BMW, which has been repaired after the crash in the 2011 Pharaons Rally in Egypt" Mila Janacek reported. "Straight after the Italian Baja in Pordenone the car will be transported in a container to Abu Dhabi for the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and Sealine Qatar Baja."
The Qatar Rally came at the last minute to the World Cup calendar. Who will be sitting next to Miroslav in Qatar is still in the cards, but we can speculate that it could be also Mila Janacek.
But that´s not all for the Czech team: With their Hummer H3 Proto, Zdenek Porizek and Marek Sykora will start with a second car for the team. Together with Zapletal they went in Morocco last month for latest tests and preparations of the Hummer. "We tested the new LSD differentials and drove more than 1000 kms in one week" said Mila Janacek.
