 | NPO Rally of Tunisia: Green light for the 31st "Rally of Tunisia" by NPO.

 After a year's absence on the international calendar of the FIA and FIM, the International "Rally of Tunisia" 2013 is now confirmed. It will be held from 19 to 25 May and will be open to the categories Cars, Trucks, Motorcycle, Quads and SSV..
In agreement with the Ministries of Tourism, Interior, Transportation and Defense, it is Mr. Tarak Dhiab, Minister of Youth and Sports held to "confirm officially the famous International Rally of Tunisia organized by NPO, next May's, and their support to this unique international Rally".
"The Tunisian authorities will spare no effort for the success of this international event once again testify to the ancient tradition of hospitality and fellowship of our country," he wanted to emphasize this décision in his official letter of 11 January.
This confirmation was received with enthusiasm by the organizers Emmanuelle and Stephane Clair. "We must see in this choice the reward of the professional of our NPO's team, true friends of Tunisia."
NPO's President adds: "Some opportunistic people thought they could take the opportunity with impunity of the reconstruction period, to do their dirty business, despising the rules and elementary morality. This is unacceptable and incomprehensible, when Tunisia was much needed to rebuild. Now things are clear to all: the true and unique International Rally of Tunisia will take place in 2013 with NPO!"
And as good news never comes alone, the Official Publication of the Republic of Tunisia on 18 December 2012 confirmed the formation of the highly long-awaited "Automobile Federation of Tunisia", to manage and promote motorsport in accordance with the FIA guidelines .
Slim Ghazzai its President, who has already participated in the reconnaissance of the rally alongside Stéphane Clair, declared himself "delighted to participate in the economic recovery and tourism in Tunisia through this international event with NPO."
