Optic Tunisia: What they said after Leg 5 El Borma-Nekrif.

| |
| Jean-Louis Schlesser (France/Schlesser Ford): "We’re having so much fun on these varied specials. We had a good pace going and even managed to test various settings."
Paulo Nobre (Brasil/X-Raid BMW X3CC): "This car is great. It is the best I’ve ever driven. The suspension is perfect and we gain confidence at every jump. Yesterday was our best result in the dunes ever, except for when we got stuck."
Eric Vigouroux (France/Chevrolet Trophy Truck): "First stage without any problems. The problems due to too much heat on the drive shaft appears solved, with a simple heat screen."
Marc Coma (Spain/KTM Repsol): "I caught David up after 36 km, from there we rode together until the petrol refilling point. He had a problem with his chain so I left on my own, where I navigated at my own speed. It was great and everything is going well, but I won’t get excited untill i cross the finish line in Tozeur.
David Casteu (France/KTM Gauloises): "I lost five minutes repairing my chain, I realise that I still have a lot to learn. I’ll have to be more fluid, between my navigation and my riding. Experience here in Africa makes the difference between Marc and me."
Michael Angerer (Austria/KTM 660): "I fell after hitting a rock and damaged my exhaust. That costs a lot of money, I should know. I don’t think about the podium yet; the top ten would be good enough."
