Outback Challenge: Entries open for tough Morocco-Challenge.

The registrations for the Outback Challenge Morocco are now open! For several months, the Outback Challenge Morocco 2009 is getting ready actively and we now know a little more about the progress of this mythical race.

First, it will be held, as in the previous years, in the wild region of Zagora, about 5 hours drive South of Marrakech. Several weeks of recos have been necessary to put together a great mix of extreme challenges for the. Cliffhanger, winching and navigation in the sand dunes, dry creeks and trial sections promise a good dose of sweat, tears and dust.

The objective for this year is to return to a friendlier race with a return to the bivouac every night, which is situated in the middle of a vast palm tree plantation. This means fewer connections and liason stages and the chance for the sponsors, friends and families to spend more time with the competitors.

Another novelty this year: the end of the category Team and the creation of two solo categories: Modified production and open class.

We are looking forward to welcome you to Zagora from the 24th to the 30th of October. For more informations visit the official website [ ].
