 | SA-Dakar Rally TICKER: Cyril Despres winner of SS03 and new overall leader.

The French KTM-driver and former Dakar winner Cyril Despres won the Tuesday´s stage with 291 km liasion and 270 km timed stage from San Rafael to San Juan.
2nd became the Dutch Frans Verhoeven with his Sherco and 8:37 mins to Despres. 3rd became Paulo Goncalves from Portugal as best Husqvarna rider (+8:39).
Yesterday´s winner and leader Marc Coma was lost today for some minutes, so Despres took also the advantage in the overall standings.
Coma was placed eventually 7th today, so in the overall standings he´s now 2nd with +10:12 mins to Despres and in front of - surprise - David Casteu from France (Yamaha, +17:16).
