 | SA-Dakar Rally TICKER: Marc Coma and Marcos Patronelli first winners SS08.

UPDATE Marc Coma from Spain is the winner of today´s 8th stage from Copiapo to Antofagasta in the bikes category. He won the 477km stage - longest of the rally - in 05:03:52 hours, 7:00 minutes in front of Ruben Faria from Portugal (KTM) and 7:10 mins of Helder Rodrigues with the best Yamaha bike.
The French Cyril Despres first lost 17:20 minutes today, but then the ASO changed the results and Despres is 6th with 9:14 behind Coma. The French lost his overall lead to Marc Coma, who is first now with 1:26 mins before Despres and 49:01 mins to Helder Rodrigues with the best Yamaha. In the quads-category, Marcos Patronelli was confirmed as the daily winner.
