 | SA-Dakar Rally TICKER: Robby Gordon wins SS09, Al Attiyah eventually out.

Robby Gordon, Andy Grider and their Hummer are the winner of tuesday´s stage 9 from Antofagasta to Iquiqe. The US-American needed 04:35:31 hours for the stage and was heavily batteling with Stéphane Peterhansel (Mini), who become 2nd with only 1:38 minutes.
3rd are Nani Roma and Michel Perin (+8:37) in front of Holowczyc / Fortin (all Mini, +10:39), De Villiers / Von Zitzewitz in the best Toyota Hilux (+18:03) and Carlos Sousa / Jean-Pierre Garcin in the Chinese Great Wall Haval (+22:36).
In the overall rankings, Stéphane Peterhansel and Jean-Paul Cottret are still the leaders, but Robby Gordon is following with only 5:58 minutes. 3rd are Holowczyc/Fortin (Mini, +16:49). Rumours told, that Nasser Al Attiyah in the second Hummer had to retire from the race because of three (!) serpentine belts.
