 | SA-Dakar: Two stage victories for "Rally Princess" Annie Seel in Ladies Class.
|

 | | | In the third stage of the race, San Miguel de Tucuman and San Salvador de Jujuy in Argentina, Annie Seel marked her first stage victory in Ladies Class, bikes, in Dakar 2011, and by far.
She overcame her nearest rival, the Spanish Laia Sanz, in the overall classification. The Dakar´s rookie, Sanz, is considered as a worthy contender to the champion in women´s class. Currently, at the start of the fifth stage, Annie is 49th overall.
The day of her first stage victory, the Rally Princess stated: "Everything worked just fine and it was all about focusing on riding the bike. I felt this is the reward for it. Now, I will keep same style, hoping it keeps going this way. There are many stages ahead of us."
Annie finished 105 due to a leaking problem from the fuel tank in the first stage. She lost quite a lot time repairing it. Then, in stage 2, she catches up to position 55, overtaking other bikers all the way.
Yesterday, stage 4, the race arrived to Chile after crossing the Andes. The caravan climbed up to 4800 m, where coldness and lack of oxygen was a thought challenge for all, men and machines. For the first stage in Chile, Annie finishes 51 and gets her second victory in Ladie´s class.
