Silk Way Rally: Hungarian Champion Zapletal to start in Russia.

Triple Cross Country Rally Champion and recently also the winner of the Hungarian Championship, the Czech Miroslav Zapletal, started out with navigator Tomas Ourednicek the upcoming enterprise Dakar Series, Silk Way Rally. The race is originally known as the trophy three presidents because this race was taken under the auspices of three presidents (president Russia Medvedev, Kazakhstan Nazarbayev and Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedow).

The racers can expect 3200 km of selective stages in 9 legs, where they meet the planes and the rocky terrain as well. As a delicacy will be for them the final two stages, which will lead along the Karakum desert dunes occupying most of Turkmenistan. Best of drivers will appear in the finish on 13th September. Among the sixty-five cars on the starting list were appeared well-known names of Volkswagen factory teams such as Carlos Sainz, Nasser Al Attiyah, De Villier and other familiar faces from dakar businesses.

Our crew Zapletal - Ourednicek you can watch with starting number 106 also on the program CT4 Sport. Technical support will ensure chief engineer Petr Zabransky with Jan Krasula and newly added long-time member of the team Zdenek Porizek. "I think that even if Silk Way Rally is different from Transorientale last year, which I attended like a pilot of our truck MAN TGA 4X4, it will be for us an ideal training for Dakar 2010, supplies Miroslav Zapletal, who is with his team on the road to Kazan.
