Silk Way Rally: Zapletal and Ourednicek 6th at the prologue.

For today's opening day Silk Way Rally organizers ordered a really hot weather. 65 racing cars and 21 trucks crossed a platform with the participation of Russian President Medvedev in front of thousands of spectators, after this competitors showed their speed on the 2013 metre long track.
Although today's result does not count to the overall, it was very interesting for the drivers. In addition to the starting order for tomorrow's special they were also fighting about a huge bottle of good drink, as was announced by the Director of the race himself. The bottle went to Dakar winner Giniel De Villiers from the Volkswagen factory team. Our crew can start tomorrow from beautiful 6th place.
"Russians are enthusiastic about the Silk Way Rally. There are a lot of fans. We are not able to sign or take a picture with all of them,” describes the atmosphere of the race Tomas Ourednicek, who celebrates his 40th birthday today.
