 | Spain 2012: Special offers to enter the Spanish Cross Country Championship.

By Pep Cifre: The official start for the Spanish Cross Country Rallies Championship will be on March 17th in the city of Huéscar in Andalucía. To promote the championship the organizers will announce next week the inscription budget for the whole season, but to attract more teams a special offer will be announced as well.
The price for the seven races (including Baja Spain) will be 6.367,68 Euros, but If you enter the championship between 31st January and 24th February you will get a reduced price of 4.460 Euros. You have to pay the 50% as downpayment when you send your application file and the rest must be paid before 18th June. The entries are open to SCORE cars as well.
"Spain is different" and now you can come with your 4×4 car and enter the non competitive event "Desafío Kobe Motor". Entering this event you can follow the race cars using the track and the same road-book. This will allow motor sport fans to feel the same sensations as the racing teams.
The regulations of this challenge are not 100% defined, but we will keep all marathonrally.com readers informed about this. Maybe this can be a different holiday for you and your family in Spain.
Baja Spain: The International Federation of Motorcycle Sport (FIM) has published his new calendar for 2012 and its decision of creating a new FIM Bajas World Cup; where they will include Baja Spain-Aragon. So the rally will be run of the FIA championship for cars and FIM for bikes.
